ValueClick - pays up to 10 cents per unique click-through. They send checks out at the beginning of each month to all host sites that have accumulated more than $50 in their accounts.

Dr. Levitt's Skin Care - pays 3.5 cents for a click-through. Your account must have a balance of $25 in order to get paid.

Cyber Loft Hot Buttons - pays $3.00 per 1000 impressions. Your site must have 1000 - 5000 visitors per day in order to join.

Ad-Up - You will receive between 25% to 60% commission of the net ad revenue Ad-Up collect. The commission range depends on the number of Page Views per month your site accumulates. Advertiser's ad costs are based on a large number of factors selectable by the sponsors, with prices ranging from $5 to $40 CPM (cost per thousand impressions).

TheAplps.com - pays 12 cents for each unique click through. Your site must have a minimum traffic of 500 visitor per week to be accepted. No checks will be disbursed for an amount less than $50.

Ad Club Network - pays based on impressions. It has different rates based on percents of click through. Your site must have 5000 impression per month to join. Virtual Billboard Network - As part of your revenue entitlement, you receive at least 30% of all ad revenue, and perhaps as much as 45%, as well as VBN-arranged sponsorship income.
